Rules For 2019 🖤
Eating
- Fast once a week for at least 48 hours!
- On the other days, eat between 400-750 calories.
- Track everything you eat!
- If you ever eat over 800 calories, fast the next day.
- Drink at least half a gallon of water everyday, and with every meal.
- Eat as LITTLE CARBS AS POSSIBLE!
- Drink green tea after dinner and in the morning.
- DO NOT EAT: 7pm-12pm!
Exercise
- Abs workout every night before bed!
- At least 20 mins of cardio per day, more if possible.
- Take 30 minute walk everyday!
- Exercise as often as possible.
Self-Care
- Shower everyday, wash hair every other day.
- Keep your skin clear and moisturized!
- Get at least 6 hours of sleep.
- Follow schedule and stay organized!
